Realization of criminal policy by means of development of the criminal legal regulations with blanket disposition

The article studies blanket disposition as an implementation form of the criminal policy methods in the contemporary Russian state. By virtue of the fact that the criminal policy is a strategy and tactics of crime prevention, the most topical are those researches, which focus on development of its theoretical foundations, and in this regard the questions considered in the article are indubitably relevant. Besides, for the first time in the criminal law studies in Russia the blanket disposition is studied from the perspective of the criminal policy methods.
