Realisation of standard minimum rules of the U.N. on administration of justice towards juveniles in the Russian contemporaiy criminal proceedings

The article is devoted to live issues of conformity of the Russian criminal procedure legislation with the international standards of justice administration as against the juveniles who committed a criminal offence. Analysing the Beijing Rules the author singles out clauses that regulate criminal procedure as complying with the international standards and discloses a spectrum of problems that have not been solved yet by the Russian criminal procedure legislation.
