Real network design: dynamic descriptors

The article deals with topological structuring of space and form of social networks as well as the logical operation of mapping the structure embodied in the social reality of the network that is called the real network design. The real network design is made by means of theoretical and methodological units named static and dynamic descriptors. The focus of the author’s interest is on the characteristics of dynamic descriptors, which fall into functional and search ones. The author states that the characteristics of dynamic descriptors lay the foundation for the development of methods used for measuring the network changeability. They also create the techniques, which make it possible to influence the efficiency of network information-exchange processes.
