Review for monography S. A. Kislitsyn "Applied ethnogeopolitics"

The review describes the content of the monograph “Applied Ethnogeopolitics” S.А. Kislitsyn. The novelty of the author’s approaches to such problems as the subject, method and stages of the history of applied geopolitics, political systems, regimes and intra-political regimes in post-Soviet states, the development of civil society in the Eurasian space, the modern understanding of the historical significance and consequences of the Great Russian Revolution of 1917 are shown. The review notes as undoubted advantages of the monograph, as well as some shortcomings, for example, fragmentation and some mosaic.
