Review of the monograph of S.V. Volodinа «Multi-party system as the basis of the Russian constitutional system»

The review presents the opinion of the author concerning the monograph devoted to the theory and practice of multi-party system as the basis of the constitutional order in our country. The author opines about the most controversial moments of the monograph, that is the legal regulation of restrictions of a multi-party system, the role of political parties in a modern democracy and prospects of the development of a multi-party system in the Russian Federation.
