More than 900 vascular plants are known in the flora of the I.I. Sprygin Zhiguli State Natural Biosphere Reserve (Samara region). The article provides an overview of rare and vulnerable vascular plants, including 125 species: 15 species of the Red Book of the Russian Federation (2008) and 112 species of the Red Book of the Samara region (2017), 6 endemics of the Zhiguli Upland.
