Register (cadastral) error as a method of committing fraudulent acts with land parcel

The article is devoted to the consideration of the method of committing fraudulent acts with land using the legal mechanism “registry error”. For this purpose, the article provides a brief description of the procedure for registering ownership of land parcel, methods of acquiring of land parcel. The main attention is paid to the issue of registry error, its concept is given, the causes of its occurrence and ways to eliminate it are determined. The author concludes that knowledge of the method of fraud in the elimination of registry errors will help to identify this crime.
