Reflexive analysis of modern management decisions methodology

Methodology of preparing and making management decisions is considered in this article. Reflexion is realized on the historical and actual basis; furthermore special attention is paid to system analysis and situational approach. The author suggests his own proposals summarizing methodological ideas of modern investigators of management decisions.
