The reformation in the philosophy of history (“History of salvation”) of Jacob Boehme

The author of this article studies the theological and philosophic-historical foundations of the teachings of Jacob Boehme and atempts to clarify the nature of the initial stage of German idealism, since Boehme is traditionally considered the first philosopher who proclaimed the principles of idealistic philosophy of history. Te article is also intended to show more specifically eschatological principles of the concept of Jacob Boehme’s “Salvation history” using, as an example, the Reformation of Martin Luther, in order to reveal the relationship of religious post-Reformation German mysticism with the basic principles of Jacob Boehme’s philosophy of history
