Reforming of monetary and credit relations as a factor of creating innovative-oriented economy

The article identifies the priority forms and methods of fiscal policy in the high tech sector as the main area of structural reforms in the economy of Azerbaijan. The directions and the tools reforming monetary and credit relations as a factor to ensure the structural transformations of the Azerbaijani economy are given. The ways of implementation of innovation-oriented investment policy that promotes the implementation of scientific and technological potential of the transformed economy of the country are recommended.
