Reforming of shared-equity construction of housing

Shared-equity construction is a form of investment activity in construction at which the builder uses money of citizens (participants of shared-equity construction) for construction of inhabited objects. It is widely used. It attracts with rather low price. But it became a serious problem as in its framework there are ample opportunities for abuses and violation of laws. In article questions of the current state of shared-equity construction are considered and the factors having significant effect on it are analyzed. It is possible to improve the organizational and economic mechanism by realization of model of project financing which provides financing of construction on stages that favorably distinguishes it from existing the practical.
