Reforming the economy and law as a necessary condition for the development of competition

The article deals with the issues of reforming the economy and law as a necessary condition for the development of competition. The authors analyze and critically evaluate the economic and legal problems of competition between the real and financial sectors of the economy. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were drawn about the need to: develop a unified economic and legal theory of money; develop a new complex interdisciplinary economic and legal direction in Russian science; include a department/section of economics and law in the structure of the Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation; conducting comprehensive interdisciplinary economic and legal research on other topical issues.
