Reforming of inter-budget relations in the Volgograd region as mechanism for regional integration

Main trends in the development of inter-budget relations and inter-budget regulation in the Volgograd Region are analysed in the article. Methods for its estimation are offered. The necessity of stimulation local power bodies to self-development is substantiated.
