Legal basis of state backing of agricultural enterprises of Omsk region and its common policies was considered. Results of perfomance of the long-term targeted program aimed at backing of agriculture of the region was generalized. Ways of reforming of treatment state backing agricultural producers of Omsk region was proposed.
