Reforming the information use management subprocess in the organization

The paper considers the study and reform of the subprocess of managing the use of information in an organization. The key attributes of the subprocess are identified and described, and the content of the normative state of the attributes of the information management subprocess in the organization is considered. The description of the tasks of the investigated subprocess using the characteristics of the control functions and its purpose is given. The study of the technologies for solving the problems of this subprocess of management allowed us to identify the methodological tools of the subprocess for the procedures of the technology for solving functional management problems within this subprocess.
