The totality of management processes and their components in economic systems ensures the maintenance of operational and managerial activities to achieve goals, mission and strategy implementation. Determining the attributes of the normative and existing state of the subprocess of marketing efficiency management of the organization allowed us to investigate and identify problems within this management process. To eliminate problems and maintain points of development of process management, innovative proposals have been developed, equipped with management decision-making methods that are aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.
