The innovation quality management subprocess is an essential component of the functioning and development of economic systems of the "organization" type within the framework of the application of polycentric management. Based on the fulfillment of the content of the attributes of the management subprocess at the level of their normative state, it becomes possible to determine the composition of functional management tasks. The formation of the content of management tasks made it possible to develop technologies for solving them at the level of procedures with the definition of water and output information. The presented decision-making methods are designed to improve the effectiveness of technological equipment for the organization's management tasks.
