Reforming the management subprocess production potential in the organization

The subprocess of production potential management is one of the most important objects for maintaining the successful functioning of an economic system of the "organization" type, which determines its competitiveness and efficiency. The main attributes of the normative state of the production potential management subprocess for subsequent application are determined. The problems of the existing management subprocess of the selected organization and the developed proposals for their elimination are presented, which are designed to improve the performance of the production management process and increase the effectiveness of the organization as a whole.
