The composition and content of key attributes ensures the functioning of the activities of the change management process in economic systems in order to achieve their goals and implement the strategy. Three key management sub-processes of several organizations were selected to follow this management process. The content of the attributes of the normative state of the subprocess of quality management of changes in organizations was considered in more detail. Ten-point scales have been developed to measure the actual state of attributes of selected subprocesses of management of organizations. An examination of the state of the attributes of three subprocesses of management of four organizations revealed problems, for the elimination of which proposals were developed and presented to ensure an increase in the effectiveness of the organization's activities in accordance with the profile of its functioning.
