Regional model of youth policy of Karachayov-Cherkesia and measures of its improvement

The article provides the basic definitions of youth policy, discloses the model of implementation of the youth policy of Karachay-Cherkessia and suggests measures for its improvement. The author's proposals for the executive authorities of Karachay-Cherkessia were reflected in terms of the implementation of the concept of the region's youth policy.
