Regional legal policy in the sphere of counteraction to religious extremism: problems and prospects

The article analyses the regional problems of formation of the effective mechanism of legal regulation of counteraction to religious extremism. It is concluded, that it is necessary to unify further the anti-extremism legislation taking into account the challenges of post-secular society, the threats for national security of Russia, the ethno-confessional situation in the region.
