Regional system of vocational education: concept and essence (on an example of an industrial region)

The review of interpretations of the concept «regional system of professional education» is submitted. The main approaches to his definition are allocated. The author's formulation of the concept «regional system of professional education» is submitted and also allocation of the regulated and regulating elements in its structure, proceeding from her operated character is proved. Authors have put emphasis on the functional purpose of regional system of professional education consisting in formation of labor potential of regional economy.
