Regional environment as a sociocultural phenomenon

The article considers the problem of regional socio-cultural environment and social management, its semantic, spatial and structural content. The author notes that the social and philosophical analysis of process of interaction of society and the regional sociocultural environment concretizes this world outlook reflection, characterizing various forms and types of activity of the person in the region. Value of the studied question is caused by globalization processes, and therefore identification and the accounting of features of the regional sociocultural environment will allow to be built in world global system least without serious consequences. In the conclusion it is noted that the majority of difficulties of the Russian transformational processes are caused not by study of the sociocultural regional environment and low level of social management.
