Regional communicative space and local elite

The article is devoted to the analysis of regional communicative space and role of local elites in its formation. Typical ways for the elite formation which substantiate the mechanisms of its influence on the development of the communicative space are considered. Main tendencies in the regional space development are stated. Communicative space of the elites themselves is specially considered, its peculiarities are characterised.
