Regional aspects of project economy development formation

The article describes the model of project economy as a strategic direction for the modernization of the national economy in the conditions of its turbulent nature and digitalization. In General, it was noted that the implemented projects should have a systematic character and be formed taking into account the strategic guidelines for the development of the country as a whole, its regional subsystems and individual economic entities. At the same time, the issue of financial support for projects should be resolved, which should involve emission and credit centers that carry out «point» targeted emission without withdrawing the issued money to the financial and credit market to prevent their misuse. The positive experience of the Rostov region in the development and implementation of investment projects in various areas of the regional economy is analyzed, and the main directions of its further development are substantiated. It is concluded that the experience gained in the regions in implementing investment projects in various industries and sectors in the context of the adoption of the project economy as a strategic model of innovative development of the country and its regional subsystems should be supplemented by systematic measures to rank various projects by management levels, their financial support and coordination with the General concept of national development.
