The article is devoted to the study of regional imbalances in global agricultural trade, the identification of their causes and the development of practical solutions to eliminate them. Based on the analysis of statistical data and scientific research, the main factors that cause inequality in the trade opportunities of regions are considered: geographical conditions, economic development, political measures and social aspects. The paper highlights the importance of infrastructure, education levels, and government policy in reducing the gap between regions. Specific measures have been proposed, including the development of transport systems, professional development, strengthening government support and expanding international cooperation. The results of the study show that an integrated approach can ensure the sustainable development of the agricultural sector and increase the competitiveness of regions in the global market. The study revealed that regional imbalances in global agricultural trade are caused by a combination of various factors. To overcome them, it is necessary to implement a set of measures, including improving transport infrastructure, increasing the level of education in the agricultural sector and strengthening government support. Of particular importance is international cooperation, which can provide lagging regions with access to global markets. The results emphasize the need to adapt the proposed solutions to the specifics of each region, which will achieve sustainable economic growth and improve food security.
