Regional courses on librarianship and extracurricular education in the Perm, Ufa and Orenburg provinces in the period 1913–1917: the origins of special library education in the Urals

The article analyzes the experience of organizing courses in librarianship and extracurricular education in three Ural provinces: Perm, Ufa and Orenburg, based on the results of the I All-Russian Congress on Librarianship and the Congress on Public Education, in the period from 1913 to 1917. The role of the capital's lecturers, the ways of their invitation, as well as some course programs are shown.
