The article examines the regional peculiarities of Russia’s agricultural exports in the context of globalization. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing role of regions in international trade and the need to adapt to global economic changes. The purpose of the work is to identify the key factors affecting the export potential of agricultural regions and to develop recommendations for their development. The study used methods of statistical analysis, expert assessments and case studies. The results indicate the importance of regional differences in climate, infrastructure, and specialization for competitiveness in foreign markets. The main problems have been identified: lack of logistical capacity and low level of innovation. The conclusions emphasize that the regional characteristics of agricultural exports are determined by climatic conditions, infrastructure level and specialization. Successful regions, such as the Krasnodar Territory, demonstrate the advantages of advanced logistics, while less favorable territories can compensate for limitations through niche products. The main challenges - logistical barriers and lack of innovation - require an integrated approach. The prospects are related to the development of agro-clusters, the introduction of digital technologies and increased government support. It has been established that individual strategies are needed to increase competitiveness, taking into account the unique characteristics of each region.
