This article examines the regional peculiarities of the legislative and executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, the Constitutional basis of the structure of the Russian Federation, the equal legal status of all subjects of the Russian Federation, the relations between the state administration and the subjects of the Russian Federation, which are united by legislative and executive structures.
