Regional peculiarities of development of Russian business undertakings

The paper considers some models of market reformation in different regions of Russia. Competitive possibilities of Russian regions have been pointed out, some tendencies of innovation market development and the finance and credit system have been studied, the formation of structure of property forms and management forms has been analysed as well.
