Regional features of the implementation the process of digitalization of the economy in the Russian Federation

This study is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the development of the process of digitalization of the economy in various regions of the Russian Federation. The study presents a list of the main information and communication technologies used in the framework of the program for the development of the digital economy of the Russian Federation. The basic characteristics of the key information systems related to the digital economy are presented. The interrelation of regional programs of strategic development of regions and measures related to the digitalization of the regional economy is considered. The dynamics of the development of various information technologies is presented on the example of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The analysis of the use of digital services (for example, the portal of state services of the Russian Federation) in different regions of the Russian Federation and the characteristic features of consumption of public services in the various Federal districts and regions of Russia. The regions that are the locomotives in the use of state information technologies and lagging regions that need further accelerated development in the field of digitalization are identified. Based on the trend analysis, a regression equation is constructed that allows forecasting the development of electronic public services for future periods. The quality of this trend is determined by the high value of the coefficient of determination. In conclusion, the article concludes about the most promising areas of development of public services in electronic form.
