Regional features of the socio-demographic situation

Modern problems of demographic and social situation in modern society have a significant impact on the regional situational component. Family status, birth and death processes, residence and other aspects serve as indispensable coordinates of demographic phenomena. The main factors and causes of migration processes at the regional level, which require a comprehensive study, and further forecasting of migration values, allowing to eliminate the consequences of spatial movement of people in the development of migration policy. In addition, the qualitative and quantitative composition of the workforce, being one of the main factors of economic growth, has a direct impact on ensuring uninterrupted production. The considered remuneration is the main item of personal income, a means of reproduction and improvement of the welfare of the employee and family members, and hence the stimulating role of wages in improving the results of work to increase the amount of remuneration received.
