Regional peculiarities in establishing integrated formations in agri-industrial complex of Russia and foreign countries

Different forms of interaction and integration of agri-industrial complex entities are analysed in the article. The common and the particular in the process of integrated formations establishment both in Russia and in foreign countries are noted. Special attention is paid to agri-holdings.
