Regional state programs in pandemic conditions: status, role, problems (on the example of Volgograd region)

The article analyzes the implementation of regional programs of the subject of the Federation in a pandemic based on statistical data characterizing the socio-economic development of the Volgograd region. Programs in the field of education, development of the labor market and employment in the Volgograd region have been updated. The significance and continuity of the implementation of the program-target approach at the regional level is proved.
