The labor market is an integral part of the entire market mechanism, and we can achieve tangible results by combining efforts to develop a constructive approach in cooperation with employers, local governments, using the capabilities of all ministries and departments of the republic. The current situation in the labor market of Kabardino-Balkaria cannot be changed in isolation from the prevailing trends of the country's economy. The main feature of the Russian labor market is its regional dominance, in this sense, accordingly, the system of regulation of the economy and employment needs to be strengthened, first of all, at the regional level.
