The article is devoted to the analysis of interaction of state power bodies and regional printed press in the Republic of Mordovia. Ii is traced which printed editions are best at informing population about most important decisions and plans of state power bodies, analysis and interpretation of the possible influence of state power bodies activities on the life of the people.
