Regional budget: results of 2009

In late June, the regional parliament approved the budget performance for 2009. The economic crisis has significantly affected the cost performance of the Vologda region the financial sustainability of the regional budget system remained undecided. Among the key negative changes one should be note the decrease in own revenue base and the change of income structure, the budget deficit increase, a sharp increase in debt load.
