The regional state ecological supervision in terms of supervisory activities reform

Purpose of research is definition of directions of еру regional state ecological supervision perfection. Indicators of the ecology situation of Novosibirsk region and the activity of region Supervisory natural management service are analyzed. The number of audits of small business enterprises was decrease, but the shared number was not. There was not improving the environmental situation of region too. The following measures were proposed: changing the order of fines, the order of issuance of the regulation on the termination of enterprises activity, implementation of environmental management system.
