The concept of urban marketing strategic promotion of the city, region, assistance for its development. The article assesses the marketing potential of the Slavyansky district of the Krasnodar territory. Representing the marketing potential of the region: first of all, agro-industrial, resort and recreation complexes. Therefore, the development strategy of the Slavyansky district should be based on these two main industries, and it is necessary to attract Russian and foreign investment.
