Regional experience of financial support for the provision of services in the field of general education

The full-fledged functioning of the sphere of general education, which contributes to economic growth and social well-being of society, requires a sufficient level of its financial support. Budget planning in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in terms of assessing the planned parameters of regional budget expenditures is based on two basic methods: the normative method and the program-target method. These methods play a key role in the implementation of the main goal of budget planning - an objective assessment of budget indicators for the future period.
