The regional approach to improvement the system of calculations the basin water resources of small river

In article results of researches the existential variability of runoff parameters of the small rivers in territory of Tatarstan Republic which were the precondition for improvement and development of innovative system of making the quantitative calculations are presented. New approaches were fulfilled on basin complex of river Kazanka in which mouth the capital of Republic Tatarstan is had.
