Regional section of formation of credit policy of the modern banking sector: Crimea and Sevastopol

There are issues of forming the credit policy of the modern banking sector in a regional context are considered on the example of new constituent entities of the Russian Federation - Crimea and Sevastopol in a scientific article of Crimean authors. It shown the basic methods of evaluating the effectiveness of the credit policy of commercial banks. It was revealed that despite the growth of lending and the development of payment infrastructure, in the Crimea and Sevastopol, as in other regions of the country, there is a problem with the availability of financial services. The development of financial technology will improve this situation. The factors affecting the credit policy of commercial banks are analyzed. It turned out that the banking sector of the Republic of Crimea as a whole has all the necessary services.
