Regional register of Russian literature

The problem of specificity of Russian literature functioning in the national region, evolution of large genre forms of lyrics in the creative work of Russian writers in Mordovia is analysed in the article. After the example of poetic work of E. Simdyanova, V. Yushkin, V. Gadaev, A. Gromykhin the necessity to single out national and regional register in the literature of Mordovia where essential part of artistic work is connected with national types, is proved.
