The emission spectrum of the discharge on the surface of ferrite (Ni-Zn)Fe2O4 grade M1000HH with a pre-burned channel was investigated in the region of 200 to 450 ˚A. The applied voltage was 300 kV with a rise time of 1 ns, the discharge current reached 1 kA. The results obtained for two ferrite samples from different manufacturers are in good agreement with each other.
