Registration of polarization change of physically adsorbed molecules on solid state surfaces

High sensitivity of ellipsometrical method to the presence of physically adsorbed molecules on solid state surfaces is shown. The method allows to reveal differences between adsorption process and the moment of approach of equilibrium adsorbing molecules state.
