Resale price regulation as an antitrust offence

The ultimate objective of this article is to analyze resale price regulation in the light of antitrust legislation and relevant decisions of Russian, American and European courts and antitrust authorities. The article focuses on examination of legality of establishment of maximum, minimum and fixed resale prices. Furthermore, it discusses the possibility of setting recommended resale price.
