Regulation of financial services

The actual article is devoted to providing research of different methods of supervision and oversight, which are used by national and central banks in their own national payment systems. Special emphasis is given in this article on the comparison of the oversight strategy, which is being used by the European Central Bank and the Russian Central Bank's supervision and oversight mechanisms in the national payment system. In addition, the article also includes brief study of various countries' approaches to the formation of state regulation levers of the crypto-currency sphere with giving examples of Russian and foreign experience.
