Regulation and development of the labor market in modern conditions

This article examines such a factor as globalization. In our time, this factor plays a huge role, if not the most important. This article will show how and why globalization has such a strong impact on the labor market in Russia. Major changes in the labor market in the context of the pandemic affected most countries of the world economy, including Russia. In the context of the growing economic crisis caused by the closure of enterprises, falling consumer and investment demand, and rising unemployment, the development of effective state support measures aimed at stimulating both the entire economy and individual groups of its economic entities plays a crucial role. This article examines the current situation on the labor market, draws attention to the need for retraining of employees, support for employment among young people, and the use of new forms of employment.
