Regulation of economic relations in hierarchical business structures of the industry 4.0

The problem of regulating economic relations arising in hierarchically organized business structures that carry out economic activities in accordance with the concept of the Industry 4.0 is considered. Business structures are positioned as management objects consisting of digital, smart, and virtual factories and formed because of institutional and infrastructural transformations in the primary links of industry related to high-tech production. The synthesis of the factory management system is carried out and the method of end-to-end regulation of economic relations between digital and smart factories, whose operating cycles are combined into a single value chain for the end consumer, is considered on a specific example.
