In developed countries, the regulation of the so-called cloudwork cover remuneration, the working process, performers’ results, recruitment. In Western countries, government agencies cooperate with trade unions and platforms to define standards for regulating workers’ rights in the following areas: freedom of association membership, labor relations, employee safety and health, social security, fair remuneration, non-discrimination, etc. In Russia, it is necessary to adopt the experience of other countries in equating the status of self-employed with an employee in terms of ensuring rights and social guarantees.
